Nine Festus High School football players were recently honored by being named to the MAFC All-Conference team.
Chase Cole (12) was honored at three different positions. He was named first team wide receiver on offense, and was also named to the first team as a kicker. He garnered second team honors on defense as a defensive back.
Chase Rystrom (11) was a first team honoree on both the offensive and defensive lines. Logan Uding (12) was named first team linebacker on the defensive team. He also came away with second team honors on offense as a running back.
Cole Martin (12) was the final Tiger to be named to both the offensive and defensive teams, tabbed as a second team offensive lineman and second team defensive end.
RaShaun Hyde (11) took second team defensive back honors, while Zach Liles (11) was named to the second team offensive line.
Three Festus athletes were given honorable mention…CJ Glaze (12) and Cole Bennett (12) were honored as a defensive back and linebacker respectively. On offense, Cameron Meyer (12) took honorable mention wide receiver honors.
Festus has one regular season game remaining on Friday at home against Poplar Bluff.
