Tigers and Hawks Make Tuesday’s Volleyball Match More Than Just A Game

The Festus Tigers and Hillsboro Hawks met for the second time in four days Tuesday at Festus High School.  The Hawks won 25-17, 25-22, but the score didn’t really matter much.  Tuesday’s contest was dubbed “Unite & Fight” as both teams wore orange in honor of Hillsboro varsity volleyball coach Erin Kraus who is fighting luekemia.

JV Volleyball Tigers Lose to Conference Rival Hillsboro, 24-26, 21-25

The freshman volleyball team defeated the Hillsboro Hawks, 25-23, 18-25, 17-15 last night at home.  The win gives the Tigers a 3-3 record overall, 2-1 in conference play.
