Seven Tigers Named to 2016 SEMO All-Region Football Team

Seven Festus Tigers football players were recently named to the 2016 SEMO All-Region football team. The Tigers had three members on the first team.  Tyler Sides (12), Elijah Richeson (12), and Logan Byerley (12) were honored as first teamers.  Sides was named as an offensive tackle, Richeson as a defensive back, and Byerley as punter.

Three Tigers Mentioned on Boys Soccer All-Conference Team

Three Festus boys soccer players were named recently to the 2016 JCAA All-Conference second team. Noah van Beek (12) and Chance Gotsch (11) were two of the ten players honored by selection to the second team.  Meanwhile, goalie Tim Uskiwich (11) was one of two goalies selected for the second team as well.    

Football Tigers Get the Job Done in the Classroom

Ten Festus football Tigers were named to the MAFC Red Division Academic All-Conference Team.   The list includes: Seniors–Chris Meczkowski, Nick Templeton Juniors–Chase Cole, CJ Glaze, Cameron Meyer, Tristan Moore, Braden Nolfo, Matt Rosen Sophomore–Zach Liles Freshman–Greg Sneed The cumulative GPA for first semester was 3.33.

Uding Grabs All-State Honors; Four Girls Have Great State Performances

Four Festus girls cross country runners turned in excellent performances at the state meet in Jefferson City on Saturday. Lily Uding (12) gained all-state honors with her seventh place performance.  Uding ran a 19:29.66 on the course to close out her Tiger career.
