With injuries plaguing the team, missing 2 of the top 6 players, the Tigers were placed in positions of competing out of their normal place in the lineup. They were very willing to step up & cover other rank positions for the team. With that being said, Dustin Peters defeated his opponent in the #3 position 8-3. Connor Zustiak continued his perfect singles record for the season, with an 8-5 victory, this time in the #5 spot. Makenzie McJunkins and Connor Zustiak lost their doubles by small margin at 7-9. These were the only two victories of the day.

The Tigers have an extremely busy week coming up. They face the Crystal City Hornets on Monday 5-3 at Sunset Park, for Senior night. Then travel to Windsor on Tuesday, for the “Kevin Stoffey – Windsor Invitational Tennis Tournament”. Lastly, the Tigers host the Individual District Tournament on Friday 5-7.
