Festus was able to get back in the win column on Tuesday night at St. Vincent in Perryville.
Freshmen Hunter Ellsworth was sharp in the circle guiding the Tigers to the win and just allowing 5 hits and striking out 3.

The offense was the story though on Tuesday night. The Tigers would score in every inning including a six run 5th inning. Festus would collect four triples and a Home run in the game. Hunter Ellsworth homered to left field in the third inning, a solo shot. Ellsworth would pick up her 4th homer and her 23rd rbi. Blair Baumer and Abby Rickermann collected triples. Junior Morgan Green had two triples in the game and three hits total. She would also collect four rbis to bring her total to 37 rbis on the season. Seniors Blair Baumer and Abby Rickermann would continue to lead this club bringing the grit, heart, and hustle. Baumer had three hits in the game and three runs scored. . Rickermann had three hits to run her total to 39 hits on the year and also stole two bags to run that total to 38 on the season.
