Here is information regarding the state cross country meet on Saturday.  Both the boys and girls squads will be participating. Led by Melissa Wolk (11) who took top honors, the Festus varsity girls cross country team won its second straight meet, this time at the Clayton Invitational on Friday.  The Tigers compiled 33 points, far outdistancing second place Parkway West’s 66 points. FMS Girls Cross Country Ends Season With Victory at Doe Run

The Festus Middle School girls concluded their season Saturday by winning the Doe Run Invitational.  The girls won the meet with 34 points over second place Potosi with 53.  The Doe Run races by grade level, so there was an eighth grade race and a seventh grade race.  Both Festus teams won their grade level races.
